I am a Year 5 learner in rooms 9 and 10 at Pt England School in Auckland, NZ. My teachers are Mrs Buchanan and Miss West.
Hi Zaaeda,You've come up with some great ideas for keeping New Zealand beautiful. I particularly like the idea of using egg shells as a form of compost to help your plants grow. When I was growing up in Canada our family had a bin in the backyard where we put scraps of food. The food scraps eventually decomposed and became dirt. We used this fertile dirt on our plants as fertilizer to help then grow!Great thinking, Zaaeda :)~Rachel
