Being Stressed

Being stressed is very common and in some cases unhealthy. But there are ways to cope with stress.

Personal
Find an emotional outlet. This could be things like, cleaning, sports, drawing or just something you enjoy in general. Just find something you enjoy doing and would take your mind off the busy stuff happening in your life.

Interpersonal
If you're in the mood and you just need to share it with someone you can find someone like a family member or friend that you trust enough to share your thoughts and feelings with. And if one person seems like they can't handle it find someone else. There will always be someone willing to listen!

Societal
After your stress has been going on for a while and non of the other things are working you could try and see a professional. Maybe a therapist or even the school counselor. Teachers aren't a bad Idea either!

Taha Hinengaro

For this task we had to insert a picture of ourselves and then, put things we are good at around it. I enjoyed this task as I was pretty mind racking. But I also disliked it, because I felt pretty narcissistic whilst doing it.

Who am I?

This is a poster of who I am, a twilight loving foodie. Someone that's meant to graduate from pes this year. Someone that loves their family and has no excuses to travel. Someone that loves both photography and drawing. I am Zaeeda I am someone, and I have dreams!

Ko Wai Au

Today we did health and stereotypes. This time we looked at how people look at the way we look to decide our race and that it shouldn't matter because we are who we are and that can't be changed. It also should not matter if we have much knowledge of our culture. YOU DO YOU!

#Fake

Today we looked at how people change their appearance, image and identity online in order to look better or get social accept. This also ties in with our stereotypes. I included 2 stereotypes that I think society and social media inflicts on people. They are both Stereotypes that standards that I don't meet, and I'm okay with that. But this is about everyone that it not okay with that and feel as though they are obligated to fulfil people expectations.

What is a Stereotype

Today we looked at Stereotypes as part of our Health and Well-being. I love seeing how stereotypes disband and when someone goes against their stereotype. It's good to see that we don't let stereotype control who and what we are. But even so LET'S STOP STEREOTYPES!!!
